Dear fellow tradesman,

If you are like most of the people in our industry, I know that you are likely to have a warehouse, shop or storage unit full of extra or unused materials. The surplus of supplies for that project that never happened. The special-order items that were never used or returned. The remaining materials from remodel projects that have been sitting around for far too long. All taking up space with no solution in sight. For all these reasons (and more) I would like to present to you the CONSTRUCTION SWAP MEET! An event custom made for all of us in the residential and commercial construction industry. The benefts to you include: 1) Get your space back! Organize your materials, supplies and whatever you have sitting around and declutter your offce, shop, warehouse or storage unit. 2) On the spot, immediate sale of your materials and supplies. Gone for good. 3) Exceptionally inexpensive awareness and casual interaction with thousands of potential customers. Booth rentals begin at only $400! 4) Get rid of the old but promote the new! Use this opportunity to market and inform a captive audience about your latest products and services. 5) Finally, you’ll be doing our community some good. Anything that is not sold or given away will be donated to Habitat for Humanity and is, of course, tax deductible. At the conclusion of the event, trucks will be preset to haul off whatever remains over to Habitat for Humanity, and you return to your place of business with less clutter, new customer leads and a grateful community. And extra cash! The Construction Swap Meet (CSM) will be promoted in community magazines, local and rural route newspapers, radio & television spots, and with more than 40,000 post cards distributed throughout Sioux Falls and the surrounding area; a roughly sixty-mile radius including SE South Dakota, SW Minnesota, and NW Iowa. The CSM dates for 2024 are TBD WH Lyon Fairgrounds Expo Center. This will be an annual event and I only ask for 5 or 10 minutes of your time to discuss your interest in participating. If a table is needed, the cost is additional $15.

If power is needed, the cost is additional $20 (you must provide your own power/extension cord).

All sales and deliveries are the responsibility of each vendor.

All sponsors and vendors will have the right to hang signage in their booth, but it will be their responsibility to hang and remove. 

CSM is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged signage.

Setup details will follow when 2024 date has been set.
